Access is Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:17 p.m. to 12:52 p.m. Drop in tutoring is ONLY offered during Access periods.

1. You must fill out a request by 3:30 P.M.THE DAY PRIOR TO THE DAY you want to request a tutor for.
Ex: If you want to come Wednesday, you must fill out a request by 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

2. You MUST fill out this form for EACH session requested. ONE FORM=ONE SESSION.
Ex: If you request a tutor Wed 9.8, that does not mean you also requested a tutor for Thurs 9.9, or next Wed 9.15.

If you request a tutor by 4:00 pm the day prior, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that will provide you with information about where to go for tutoring.

If you do not show up, your absence will be reported to your Access teacher. A cut may be recorded.
